Zoom Video Conferencing

Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams is a platform available to all Tulane staff members. It combines workplace chat, meetings, notes, and attachments. Teams is available through Tulane’s Office 365 subscriptions and feature integration with other Microsoft applications and extensions (i.e. Zoom, Box, etc). Teams is accessible through your Outlook email web based login. Teams can also be downloaded as a desktop or mobile application.
Box Cloud Storage
Box is a cloud-based platform that provides file sharing, collaborating, and other tools for working with files online. With your Tulane University credentials, all faculty and staff can create an account which provides more than 50GB of free storage.
